As the 2019/20 season preparations get underway we would like to politely remind everyone that the new membership registration is now open. As per last year, due to the new GDPR Life members are required to complete a membership form each year if they wish us to have their contact details as we are not able to keep these details on file without consent. What can we say . . . rain didn't stop play? 🤷♀️
We hope everyone enjoyed their day despite the weather. A huge effort from a tiny group went into prepping, running and packing up the event so firstly HUGE THANK YOU to all of them. Coffee Morning 2019
Well what can we say . . .
£1,630.22 so far for our Coffee Morning fundraiser with some monies still to be collected and added in.
That amount of money will make a huge difference and go a long way towards the cost of running and the upkeep of our clubhouse and grounds. Over 100 raffle prizes (that's why the raffle tickets are £2.50 a book for those "enquiring"!!!) as well as our 100 club draw which seen us give away three prizes £160, £80 and £40. A fun but cold morning at The Holm today when our friends from Annan RFC stopped in for a friendly match. Footwork and fun was the order of the day with tries galore for both sides and the juniors running end to end. Moffat RFC vs Birkmyre match ended 29-53 yesterday with four tries from Wreck It Rory Drennan and Liam Henderson with his first try for The Rams.

Moffat RFC Belhaven Tens Report
So it came and went in a flash. The reward for our, blood, sweat and tears was a fantastic day of rugby, we can't ask for more. On Saturday we hosted our 23rd Belhaven 10’s tournament and it was the biggest the club have ever attempted. In true fashion the weather changed the evening before, which we’re sure suited the players and the grounds staff, not so much the spectators! All Membership forms for the 2018/2019 Season have been updated and can be seen on the Membership pages with download link for you to print and return the forms. Friends of Moffat RFC membership is open to any non playing individual with an interest in the club. It will entitle you to apply for International tickets as they become available to clubs and you will also be added to our mailing list for fixtures / social events.
